In occupied Simferopol and Sevastopol, purchasing primary housing in a new building is almost as expensive as in Moscow and St. Petersburg, where the level of salaries in the population is much higher.
This can be derived from the rating of the service World of apartments (Мир квартир).
Thus, the average cost of an apartment in a new building in Simferopol in the third quarter was 5.1 million rubles (about 88294,69 USD), which is 4% more than at the beginning of this year. At the same time, the average price per square meter is 74.4 thousand rubles (about 1288,06 USD). In Sevastopol, the cost of the apartment is about 4.6 million rubles (79638,35 USD), the average cost per square meter is 73.9 thousand rubles (1279,41 USD).
According to the data of the service, five cities of the Russian Federation are leading in the rate of high prices: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Vladivostok and the cities of the Moscow region. The sixth and seventh position in this list are the occupied by illegally annexed Simferopol and Sevastopol.
Reportedly, the Crimean housing and communal services intend to sue the Crimeans for debts on public services, in particular, they are talking about confiscation of housing.
