Crimea and Sevastopol occupied 52 and 41 positions respectively in the "Sobriety Rating of Regions - 2017".
According to the research, over the year Sevastopol has dropped 21 lines, and the Republic of Crimea has lost 23 positions and took 52nd place (out of 85 in the rating).
The sobriety rating of the regions is an independent report prepared by a team of experts: sociologists, lawyers, economists, historians, psychologists and journalists who analyzed, summarized and systematized the data of regional and federal statistics.
According to the results of the survey, for the year 2017 Chechnya, Ingushetia and Dagestan were recognized as the most "sober" regions of the Russian Federation. Among the most drunken were Buryatia, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Magadan Region.
Earlier QHA informed, the occupying Russian military serving in the unit of Bakhchysarai allow themselves to drink alcohol while on duty and behave aggressively towards local residents. Local residents say that they often encounter drunken Russian servicemen.
