In the annexed Crimea several real estate objects are put up for sale, including the building of the sanatorium, which is located in Gaspra near the Swallow's Nest castle, the press service of the "Ministry of Property and Land Relations" of the Crimea reported.

The area of ​​the sanatorium is 38739.72 square meters.
According to Yalta 24 publication, we are talking about the sanatorium Zhemchuzhyna (Pearl).

The publication writes that first the  place was to become a gambling zone, but later the territory of the sanatorium was transferred to another investment project.   Allegedly they want to build a five-star hotel worth 1.2 billion rubles on the site of Zhemchuzhyna.

Apart from the sanatorium, a gas station located in the Simferopol region is to be sold, as well as the construction of two residential buildings in the village of Zaozernoe (Yevpatoria).
Earlier, the “authorities” of the annexed Crimea postponed the sale of six enterprises till 2019 due to the lack of buyers. We are talking about such companies as the State Unitary Enterprise "Krymgeologiya", "Simferopol Winery", "Design and Technology Bureau" Sudokomposit "," 28 Head of Works Management, "Yevpatoria Aviation Repair Plant" and "Crimea Wine."

Crimean Parliament Speaker Vladimir Konstantinov said that the lack of buyers is caused by the sanctions.
