The leader of the "DPR" militants Aleksandr Zakharchenko issued a "decree" providing for the transfer of the crops of agricultural lands, vegetables and fruits grown on the territory controlled by the separatists to the ownership of the so-called republic.
The corresponding "decree" was published on the website of the "DPR".
"The harvest of agricultural plants and fruits of shrubs, vineyards and trees, grown on illegally used land plots of state and municipal forms of ownership, is the property of the "Donetsk People's Republic", the text says.
According to the "decree", legal entities and individuals can not dispose of the crop grown on their own. In this case, the so-called Ministry of Income and Charges of the "DPR" is allowed to access the crop storage sites and seize it.
Residents "illegally" growing crops are obliged to pay its cost in full.
"Those funds are considered to be the funds received from the sale of ownerless, confiscated and other property that is transferred to the ownership of the" Donetsk People's Republic "and must flow into the republican or local budget," reads the decree.
Reportedly, in the ATO zone in the Donbas, militants shelled the Donetsk filter station, which damaged the reserve chlorine pipeline. Such actions are also related to the unwillingness to carry out planned routine maintenance of the chamber and to reluctance to comply with the Minsk agreement on the ceasefire.
