The death toll as a result of the tragedy at the Kerch Polytechnic College in the annexed Crimea increased to 21 people, TASS reported citing the medical services.
“The girl died. Thus, the death toll was 21,” the source informed.
This information was confirmed at the Center for Disaster Medicine of Crimea. It was further noted that the injured girl died in hospital.
The “Head” of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov promised that the families of those killed in the college would be allocated 1 million rubles each from the budget of Russia, and the victims - 500 thousand rubles. Funds will also be allocated for funeral expenses.
Earlier it was reported that the seven victims of the explosion and shooting at the Polytechnic College in Kerch remain in critical condition. In total 44 people were hospitalized.
QHA reported that on September 8, Vladislav Roslyakov, who was suspected of mass murder of 20 people, received a permit for a 12-caliber rifle and acquired about 150 cartridges a few days before the attack.
