The Crimean village of Krasnokamenka (Feodosia) was raided and two local residents detained, said Zair Smedlyaev, Head of the Central Election Commission of Kurultay of the Crimean Tatar People.

- Again, searches and detentions in the village of Kyzyltash (Krasnokamenka). Following the raids two other men have been arrested, Smedlyaev wrote on Facebook.

The information on the arrests has been confirmed by a lawyer Emil Kurbedinov.

- Searches in Krasnokamenka, the same place where Inver Bakirov was arrested. Reportedly, two men have been detained, he wrote.

As QHA reported earlier, April 1, the armed men detained 35 Crimean Tatars in a cafe in the village of Pionerskoe, Simferopol. The detainees were taken to the Centre For Combating Extremism, ostensibly for "preventive treatment." There they were taken the fingerprints, saliva samples, photographed and questioned.

February 11, 2016, a wave of searches and detains hit the homes of 12 Crimean residents. As of 2014, eight Muslims have been held in a remand prison in the city of Simferopol as convicted of involvement in the "Hizb ut-Tahrir" organization.

The international observers record in Crimea the numerous examples of human rights violations, lack of freedom of speech and expression, surveillances and pressure on everyone who disagrees with the current occupation regime.
