Pro-Russian terrorists in the occupied Donetsk waged explosion at a chemical products factory while collecting scrap metal, the Directorate General of Intelligence of Ukraine reported on Facebook.
According to the Intelligence, the explosion occurred due to careless handling of explosive objects. GUR informed that at least two people killed in the accident.
“February 14, on the territory of Donetsk state enterprise of chemical products, an explosion occurred due to non-compliance with safety measures for handling with explosive objects during the works carried out by the staff of one of the units of 11 separate motorized rifle regiment 1 AC (Donetsk) the RF Armed Forces on collecting and sorting of scrap metal,” the intelligence reported.
In addition, February 14, as a result of a powerful explosion in the militant-occupied Donetsk, a private house on the 8 Tokmakska Street was hit. At the houses in the Kalinin district, the blast knocked out the windows. Residents of settlements Yasinovataya, Khartsyzsk and Novyi Svet in Donetsk region felt the blast wave as well.
