The Turkish artillery stationed along the Turkish-Syrian border in the province of Kilis shelled ISIS-held positions in the Syrian province of Aleppo.

The shelling came after two missiles were fired on the Turkish town of Kilis from Syria, wounding 8 people, 2 of them critically.

A Turkish howitzer stationed some 40 kilometers from the Syrian-Turkish border was used to shell ISIS-held positions in the Syrian villages of Soran, Ekhtemlyat, Dabik and Akterin.

It was reported earlier that two people were wounded after two missiles launched from Syria hit the town of Kilis on April 7, 2016.
