The self-proclaimed Crimean "Premier" Sergei Aksyonov has forbidden to continue or start the construction of any buildings and other objects of capital construction in a number of cities and regions of the occupied Crimea. The corresponding order was published on the website of the "government" controlled by the invaders.
According to the regulation, it is allowed to continue capital construction of facilities with the involvement of the federal budget, the budget of the occupied Crimea or local budgets until January 1, 2018.
Construction on private funds is now banned in cities of Alushta, Yevpatoria, Kerch, Saki, Simferopol, Sudak, Feodosia and Yalta, as well as in Bakhchysarai, Lenin, Razdolny, Saki, Simferopol and Chernomorsky districts of the peninsula.
“In Yalta, there are 350 such objects that are being built. Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, we'll figure it out. Those objects that did not violate any norms, we immediately let go. But there are objects that will not be completed under any conditions," the so-called Premier of Crimea commented on his decision.
Earlier, QHA reported that the Russian government intended to hold an experiment, allowing the "authorities" of Crimea to collect a resort fee of up to 100 rubles for each day of staying in the occupied peninsula.
