Crimean Muslims unlawfully convicted in the case of the "Bakhchysarai Group" will be moved to Rostov-on-Don (RF), since their case was referred to the North Caucasus District Military Court, lawyer Emil Kurbedinov said after reviewing his appeal in the Kremlin-controlled "Supreme Court" of the Crimea.

Kurbedinov noted that representatives of "Bakhchysarai group" will join other Crimeans from "Yalta group" who are also illegally kept in the remand center of Rostov-on-Don.

The lawyer, commenting on today's "trial" over Enver Mamutov, expressed discontent with the fact that it was held in closed session.

According to him, Russian legislation does not provide for a "closed trial". He criticized the decision of the "Kiev District Court", in which he and his client were limited in time to familiarize themselves with the case.

The Kremlin-controlled Supreme Court of the occupied Crimea upheld the decision of the "court" of first instance on the case of the Crimean Tatar activist Enver Mamutov, who is accused on fabricated Hizb ut-Tahrir case.

Today in the occupied Crimea the Kiev District Court of Simferopol held a hearing to consider the issue of limiting the time for acquaintance with the materials of the case of Remzi Memetov, Enver Mamutov, Rustem Abiltarov and Zevri Abseitov.
