Discussions about a forthcoming resolution on Crimean Tatars are under way in the Congress of the United States of America, the Russian lawyer Mark Feigin About informed on his Twitter after a meeting with a congressman from New Jersey.
“With Congressman Albio Sires (New Jersey) from the International Affairs Committee. The resolution on the Crimean Tatars is already being discussed.”
Earlier in late March the famous Russian lawyer Mark Feigin went to the US, where he held several meetings with American diplomats, during which he emphasized the need for new resolutions on the problems of the Crimea and the prisoners of the occupation authorities. He noted that both the Congress and the US Senate unequivocally support the international initiatives in the matters of assistance to Crimean political prisoners.
