Among the speakers and commentators will be José Manuel Barroso, the 11th President of the European Commission; Carl Bildt, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden (2006 - 2014); Lawrence H. Summers, Charles W. Eliot University Professor, Harvard University Kennedy School of Government; George Soros, Chairman, Soros Fund Management and Founder, Open Society Foundations; Aivaras Abromavičius, Minister of Economics and Trade of Ukraine; Natalie Jaresko, Minister of Finance of Ukraine; Dmytro Shymkiv, Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine, former Head of Microsoft Ukraine, Valeriia Gontareva, Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine, and Serhiy Leshchenko, Member of the Parliament of Ukraine.
