The UN General Assembly adopted the strongest resolution on the respect of human rights in the occupied Crimea, Pavlo Klimkin, Ukraine Foreign Minister informed.
This resolution on Crimea is the toughest one. The pressure on Russia is being increased. We are grateful for your strong position and support, friends!
Reference: Yesterday, 19 December, the UN General Assembly supported the resolution on the respect of human rights in the occupied Crimea. 70 countries favored the adoption of the document, 26 were against and 76 – abstained, as result of the voting. Thus, the draft resolution was adopted.
