Esin Acar Ergin has been appointed the Coordinator of the Turkish Agency for Mutual Assistance and Coordination of the Republic of Turkey (TİKA) in Ukraine and the Crimea.

Since 2017, she has been the TİKA Program Coordinator in Amman (Jordan).

Esin Ergin graduated from Ankara Middle East Technical University, Department of International Relations.

She began her career in TİKA as a junior expert.

Ergin also was the TİKA Program Coordinator in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

He speaks German, English and Russian.
 

Ergin replaced Haci Bayram Bolat, who was the Coordinator of projects in Ukraine for seven years. Bolat returned to Turkey.

On October 27, the Coordinator of the Turkish Agency for Mutual Assistance and Coordination of the Republic of Turkey in Ukraine and the Crimea (TİKA) Haci Bayram Bolat completed his duties in Ukraine.

The leader of the Crimean Tatar people, Mustafa Dzhemilev, and the Head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov, presented Haci Bayram Bolat with gratitude on behalf of the Crimean Tatar people. Chubarov thanked the TİKA coordinator for the implementation of numerous projects in the socio-cultural sphere both for the benefit of the Crimean Tatar people and the whole of Ukraine.

The Turkish Mutual Aid and Coordination Agency of the Republic of Turkey was opened in 1992. Today, its offices operate in more than 100 countries around the world.

The Coordination Office of TİKA in Ukraine has been operating since 1997 and implements projects in various fields: healthcare, education, social infrastructure, protection of cultural heritage, and the development of institutional capacities.
