Turkey does not need the help of the Kurdish terrorist elements in the military operations in Syria and Iraq, stressed the President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He went on saying that the US and Turkish troops can release the terrorist capital of Raqqa on their own, which was discussed during a telephone conversation with the US President Barack Obama.
Apart from the release of the city Raqqa from the ISIL terrorists, now the Turkish Armed Forces and the Syrian opposition within the military operation "Euphrates Shield" are moving to the Syrian city Al-Bab, which is considered one of the main ISIL centers:

The "Euphrates Shield" is a joint military operation carried out by the special operation groups with the Turkish Armed Forces and the Air Forces of the international coalition against ISIL terrorist organization in Syria, which started in the early morning of August, 24. The main objectives of the offensive are to clear the frontier regions from IS terrorists, ramp up the border security, provide support for the territorial integrity in Syria, as well as to prevent the creation of so-called "Kurdish corridor” on the southern border.
