The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has not received any information about the citizens of Ukraine detained at the administrative border with Crimea, said the Assistant Head of Ukraine's State Border Guard Service Oleg Slobodyan on air of "112 Ukraine" TV channel.
According to him, the reason is the lack of contact with the Russian border guards.
“There is no information about the Ukrainian arrested at the administrative border with Crimea. The State Border Guard Service does not support relations with the occupiers on the peninsula. Unlike the Russians, other our colleagues always inform us in case of detention of Ukrainians. There is only no interaction with the occupied peninsula,” he said.
As QHA reported earlier, the Russian border guards detained a citizen of Ukraine on suspicion of supplying extremist literature to the Russian-annexed Crimea.
