"The explosion of the supernova creates a black hole and our territory and people are already trapped in this hole ... Such plans [of Savchenko and Ruban - Ed.] are aimed at the emergence of a new black hole for Ukraine. I did everything I could to get her out of the Russian prison. Even if I knew that she would do this, I would continue anyway. But we must understand that every Ukrainian - even if awarder a Hero Order - must be responsible before the law," he said.

The Head of the parliament gave Savchenko 15 minutes to speak, during which she showed her award to the Hero of Ukraine and said that the MPs do nothing to stop the war.

“Lutsenko told how the shells explode. Scary?! What a caliber ... And you can imagine that hundreds of people in Ukraine know this from their own experience. And did someone here try to stop the war? Stop the stealing? Ukrainians want peace on both sides. If one of you went and spoke with the Ukrainians, you would understand that the only evil in Ukraine is the existing power," Savchenko said.

Savchenko finished her speech ten minutes before the appointed time.
Then MPs and faction leaders spoke, who stated that Lutsenko's petition was worth supporting and that Savchenko, while in the Donbas, systematically provoked people to conflicts.

In her closing speech, Savchenko noted that in Ukraine there is a way to change life without acts of terrorism and violence - to change the political system. Also the People's Deputy called on to change the Constitution and vote for the document in the all-Ukrainian referendum.

“Accuse me, make yesterday's heroes anti-heroes! This is all that power can do now. That's all it uses," she said.

In his closing speech, Lutsenko indirectly accused Viktor Medvedchuk of this. His words were supported by the MPs, who began to chant: "Medvedchuk!"
