During a briefing, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that 72,766 Russians were brought in the occupied Crimea. He noted that such actions violate the international law, since according to the agreements the demographic composition of the population must not be changed in the occupied territory.

“Occupants brought 72, 766 Russians to Ukraine, they entered the territory of the occupied Crimea, and it is prohibited under international law. 2 200 of Ukrainian prisoners in jails and detention centers were forcibly transported to serve their sentence in the territory of Russia, and it is prohibited by the international law. These facts may be strange at first glance, but they show massive violations of the international law in many areas, ranging from executions, torture, kidnapping and violations of the rights of the resettlement or relocation of convicted persons. This is a general picture,” the Attorney General said.

Earlier, QHA reported, that Yuriy Lutsenko announced that the Prosecutor General of Ukraine has drawn up the notification to summon Alexander Vitko, the self-proclaimed commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, for interrogation and to bring him to justice on charges of treason and separatism.
