Exiled former minister of Defense of Ukraine Pavel Lebedev built a residential complex in a unique nature reserve Cape Fiolent, in the temporarily occupied Crimea, the source informed, citing blogger Sergei Anashkevich.
“Seven- and four-storied houses with apartments, a restaurant, a swimming pool and other facilities are built near the sea cliff”, Anashkevich reported.
The blogger also added that the Kremlin-controlled authorities have repeatedly frozen the unauthorized building in Cape Fiolent, but over time the work was resumed.
Reportedly, unauthorized constructing works in the Cape Fiolent natural landmark is carried out by construction company Lebedev runs, Parangon, which has also seized the sites in the Laspi bay and the territory of the legendary Chersonese in Cossack Bay.
