December 8, occupants in Crimea will hold the “court hearing” on case against Crimean Tatar activists who were detained on October 12, 2016, Musafir Zaman informed on his Facebook page.

“Court hearings on Crimean Tatar activists are scheduled for Friday, December 8, at 10:00 – Saledinov Aider, 11:00 – Useir Abdullayev, 12:00 – Rustem Ismailov, 14:00 -Dzhemadinov Emil,” Zaman informed.

Reference: October 12, 2016 the FSB officers searched homes in the outskirts of Simferopol of the following Crimean Tatars: Dzhemadinov Emil, Saledinov Aider, Useir Abdullayev, Teymur Abdullayev, Rustem Ismailov. All of them were detained on suspicion of participating in the "Hizb ut-Tahrir" organization, which is considered terrorist in Russia.

The so-called case of Hizb ut-Tahrir has become a “hallmark” of the Russian Federal Security Service struggle against dissident Muslims in the Crimea. Under the pretext of suspicions in terrorism, calling their repressive actions a fight against extremism, Russian security forces break into homes, carry out massive illegal searches and detentions, apply the practices of soviet punitive medicine.
