A lawyer with the Fund “Fight against corruption” Ekaterina Petrova was the first to see the information on the human trafficking. She wrote on Facebook that "a contract on the supply of prisoners for the construction of the detention center in the annexed Crimea has been published on the Government procurement website."

I came across a contract on the supply of people (convicted) website for USD 0 on the Government procurement website. (In fact, everything is legal), wrote the lawyer.

Under the contract the supplier had to provide the "goods" for 0 rubles from May to December 2016. The document states that the human commodity is a "labor of those convicted, up to 60 people."

In addition, the document also indicates only one supplier - a penal colony №1 control of the FSIN (Federal Penitentiary Service) Department in the Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

People have started to actively comment on the lawyer’s post saying that involving convicted in the construction works reminds of the slave trade.
