Bakhchisarai Court fined Crimean Tatar Osman Bilyalov 10 thousand rubles.  Bilyalov is accused of participating in an unauthorized mass event during searches by the security forces in the cafe "Salachik". The Crimean Tatar was informed that if he pays the fine within 20 days, the amount will be reduced by half.

“Osman Bilyalov was handed a ruling on imposing a fine in the amount of 10 000 rubles. It turns out that the Court has a special offer, according to which, if the fine is paid within twenty days, you can pay half of the sum, that is 5000 rubles,” Head of CEC of the Crimean Tatar people Zair Smedlyaev wrote on his Facebook page.

Previously, May 12, 2016, following the massive search of the Crimean Tatars in the "Caravanserai Salachik", Zevri Abseitov, Remzi Memetov Rustem Abiltarov and Enver Mamutov were detained.

During searches in the cafe Salachik and in the 6th district of Bakhchisarai people came out on the street and met the riot police shouting "Shame!" as well as praying for the Crimean Tatars.
