November 24, the Kyiv district court of Simferopol ruled on the measure of restraint to the Crimean Tatar activist Ruslan Trubach, who was detained by the security forces on November 23, after the searches. The "court" left the activist in custody until January 15, 2018.
According to QHA's own sources in the Crimea, in the corridor of the courthouse were several people in balaclavas.
Reportedly, Ruslan Trubach and three other detainees are charged with part 2 of Art. 163 of the Criminal Code (extortion committed by a group of individuals).
QHA informed, that on November 24, the Kyiv district court of Simferopol also issued a decision on the measure of restraint to the Crimean Tatar activist Bekir Degermendzhi, who was also detained on November 23, after the searches by the security forces. He was arrested until January 15, 2018.
Earlier, November 23, the searches took place in the annexed Crimea, namely at the houses of Asan Chapukh and Amet Asanov in Koreiz; Kurtseit Abdullayev and his brother Eldar in Simferopol (both were detained); Ruslan Trubach in the village near Feodosia (he was detained with his wife, then his wife was taken to the search).
