Special forces in the occupied Crimea searched a number of Crimean Tatars in Bilohirsk, the public association Crimean Solidarity reported on Facebook.
“At the moment, it is objectively known that the searches were conducted at the homes of Ali Bariev, Asan Bariev, Remzi Velilyaev, Resul Velilyaev, Ekrem Velilyaev, Zera Velilyaeva, as well as their adult children living separately," the activists informed.
Reportedly, the invaders searched the premises of production bases and several dozen "branded stores of the leading food distribution company in the Crimea "KrymOpt", owned by the Velilyaev brothers" in other regions.
A lot of people came to the office of "KrymOpt". The sites were cordoned off. During the events, activists brought food for the company's employees and passed it through the fence. Activists drew attention to the fact that in the different searches the security officials present the same witnesses. All today's searches were held "in the framework of a pending criminal case."
After the searches in the house of the Crimean Tatar Ali Bariev the special forces took him to Simferopol.
Crimean Solidarity reports that the security officials knocked out the warehouse door in the office of "KrymOpt".
QHA reported that the investigator of the department for the crimes related to the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare signed in the protocol on Bariev's detention.
