Photographic materials provided by the prosecution of the case showed that the participants of the "pro-Russian" rally of February 26 held outside the building of the Supreme Council of Crimea and headed by Sergei Aksenov, violated the terms of the action and demonstrated aggression against the Crimean Tatars, according to the message of the lawyer Nikolai Polozov on Facebook.
“The "pro-Russian" protestants appeared at the opponent's rally deliberately and in advance, they obstructed the event, provoking aggression of the "pro-Ukrainian" protesters, and the leader of the "pro-Russian" rally Sergei Aksenov was directly involved in it,” Polozov writes.
Today, during the 56th hearing of the case against the Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ahtem Chiygoz the photographs submitted by the prosecution were studied. Reviewing the photo evidence lawyer Nikolai Polozov discovered another potential protection witness.
