Due to the deterioration of weather conditions, five regions of the Crimea were de-energized, the press service of the Russian-controlled power enterprise "Krymenergo" reported.

Partial power outages in Belogorsky, Simferopol, Saksks, Dzhankoysky and Chernomorskiy areas were caused by a heavy downpour and wind.

The report further notes that as of 8.00 on August 22, only the villages of the Belogorsky district and part of the Chernomorsky district have sustainable power supply.


Earlier, QHA reported that At least 80 hectares of vineyards of one of the largest wineries of Crimea Massandra suffered from a mudflow.
