In the occupied Simferopol, a conflict is brewing between the residents of the settlement on Protest Glades and the developer which intends to deprive people housing for the new construction, lawyer Mammet Mambetov informed on his Facebook page.

According to him, the equipment of the company "Akura" and the OMON forces (special forces militia) arrived at the site of the incident on the Strelkova Street to demolish the houses of the Crimean Tatars.

“Equipment was brought to demolish the houses of the Crimean Tatars. This is a provocation !!!” Mambetov noted.

According to Mambetov, the wife of the detained activist of the Protest Glades Fazil Ibraimov "became very ill".

Earlier, representatives of the Akura company in the occupied Crimea demolished the unfinished Ar-Rahman mosque, which was erected for the funds of the local community.

QHA reported that earlier Crimean Tatars from Strelkova Street in Simferopol went on an indefinite hunger strike, demanding a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to them, local collaborative authorities are not going to solve their housing problems.
