The lawyer Emil Kurbedinov is sure the unknown were trying to distract him from his work as they wanted to break into an office of the Crimean Bar Association, which has attorney-client privileged files and materials.

Currently, the lawyer is in Rostov-on-Don where he is handling the case of four Crimean Muslims accused of involvement in "Hizb ut-Tahrir" organization, banned in Russia.

At least 13 people in civilian clothes took part in an attempt on August, 4 to break into the office that has my and other lawyers’ documents, as well as devices containing secret lawyer’s information! The eyewitnesses say they recognized FSB employees among the unknown breakers, as well as the members of the Counter Extremism Center. These people were carefully fiddling with the network cables that lead to the office, Kurbedinov wrote on Facebook.

According to Emil Kurbedinov, the Security Forces’ actions remind of the "annoying insects."

Sometimes annoying insects strive to distract you from the important things, but they fail to switch you to their own problems due to the main case, wrote Kurbedinov.

August 4, the unknown tried to break into the office of the Crimean Bar Association where the lawyers Emil Kurbedinov and Edem Semedlyaev work.
