On the mountain Aq Qaya located near the village of Bila Skala of Bilohirsky district, the largest Crimean Tatar flag was raised.

A Facebook user reported on his page, that the raising of the flag was the a response to the bans of the invaders.

“After two days, "trial and error," and help our guys from Myshash. Finally, the largest Crimean Tatar flag raised on Aq Qaya! This is the response to the Bakhchysarai prohibitions!” He wrote.

Earlier the road police in the Crimea forced Crimean Tatars to remove national flags from the wedding cortege in the village of Novopavlivka in the Bakhchysarai region of the annexed Crimea. The local police explained this ban by saying that allegedly "the oncoming cars do not like the flags."

Earlier, QHA reported, that unlike the Russia-annexed Crimea, the Crimean Tatar flag was unfolded on the central square of Melitopol in the mainland Ukraine. The actions were held in honor of the 25 anniversary of the Crimean Tatar committee "Azat".
