No less than a thousand people carrying posters of their relatives who fought in World War II took part in a traditional procession called the ‘Immortal Regiment’.
The crowd also got to listen to a live broadcast of a speech Putin was delivering in Moscow. However, due to the poor connection, the people had trouble making out the words. The local ‘authorities’ congratulated the spectators on the Victory Day.
