The invaders in the Crimea terminated the proceedings against Seitasan Asanov, who was arrested the day before because of the absence of an administrative offense in his actions, journalist Anton Naumliuk wrote on his Facebook page May 18.
The Crimean Tatar Seitasan Asanov participated in the action to honor the memory of victims of the deportation of the Crimean Tatar people which was held in Simferopol on May 17. The invaders charged him with "disobedience to the lawful demand of the police" and resistance during detention.
“The administrative proceedings in Seitasan Asanov's case have been terminated due to the absence of administrative offense in his actions," he informed.
According to him, the decision of the so-called Central District Court will come into force in 10 days.
