A defendant in the Yalta "Hizb ut-Tahrir" case Emir-Usein Kuku who is currently in a remand centre in the occupied Simferopol, was included in the list of active terrorists and extremists of the Russian Federation.

Emir-Usein Kuku is listed under the number 3415 on the list of terrorists and extremists among the natural persons of the Russian Federation.
Previously QHA reported that the third figurant of Yalta "Hizb ut-Tahrir case" Emir-Usein Kuku had been charged by the occupation law enforcers under article 278 of the RF Criminal Code "Violent seizure of power or violent deduction of power" in the Crimea. Earlier, on the live video conference in "court", human rights defender Emir-Usein Kuku said that Russian law enforcers in the detention center in Simferopol systematically violated the rights of prisoners, arranging surveillance and showing contempt for religious traditions of Muslims. The officers did not even provide medical care to prisoners, which resulted in death.
