In the occupied Crimea in the village of Zaozerne near Yevpatoria the salt lake is being destroyed in the course of the construction of the complex "Aqua Yevpatoria".

Residents of the village are indignant with all the promises saying that the lake will not suffer, while it is filled with earth.

“Public officials unanimously assured that the lake will not suffer from the construction of the Aqua Yevpatoria complex. And now look how much soil has already been dumped there," a resident of Zaozerne said.

The village is located between Lake Moinaki and the Black Sea. This lake with mud gave the name to Zaozerne village (village behind the lake), as well as brought the glory of a medical resort to Yevpatoria.

QHA reported that in the occupied Crimea developers destroy the unique nature of the southern coast of the annexed Crimea.
