Today, April 23, Russian court to continue consideration of the case against the Ukrainian journalist Roman Sushchenko illegally convicted in the Russian Federation, Sushchenko’s lawyer Mark Feygin reported on his Twitter page.
The lawyer noted that Roman Suschenko does not admit his guilt.
“Today the trial will continue on the case of my client, the Ukrainian journalist Roman Sushchenko. He did not admit guilt, he does not admit it. And he will not," Feygin wrote.
Previously, March 28, the Moscow City Court extended the arrest of Roman Sushchenko for six months.
Lawyer Mark Feygin said that he intends to appeal the decision of the court.
Earlier, Feygin said that efforts will be made to release the illegally detained Ukrainian journalist Sushchenko this spring.
