Today the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation considers the appeal against the sentence given to four prisoners in the so-called "Hizb ut-Tahrir" case.

According to lawyer Edem Semedlyaev, the guys feel well and convey thanks to all who support them.

QHA memo. Crimean Tatars Ruslan Zeytullaev, Rustem Vaitov, Nuri Primov and Ferat Sayfullaev were accused of organization and participation in Sevastopol cell of Hizb ut-Tahrir. The prosecutor asked 17 years imprisonment for Zeytullaev as the organizer of the cell, and 8 years for the rest of prisoners. The North-Caucasian Military District Court (Russia) sentenced Ruslan Zeytullaev to 7 years in prison, while Rustem Vaitov, Nuri Primov, and Ferat Sayfullaev to 5 years.
