As of the morning today, on October 22, over 50 people injured during an explosion and shooting at the Kerch Polytechnic College are in hospitals of the occupied Crimea and Russia.

According to the so-called Ministry of Health of the Crimea, 14 adolescents and 11 adults are in the Crimean medical facilities.

The condition of 4 adolescents is assessed as moderate, and 10 victims are listed as slightly injured.

Among the adult victims in inpatient treatment, the condition of 10 people is assessed by physicians as moderate, and 1 patient is listed as slightly injured.

25 victims are kept in medical institutions in Moscow and the Krasnodar Territory of Russia.

Eight girls aged from 14 to 20 were taken to the Research Institute of Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology of Moscow.

The condition of 4 of them is assessed as critical, they were put on artificial lungs ventilation machines.

Armen Badalyan, a boyfriend of the deceased college student Vika Demchuk, is in serious condition in a city hospital in Kerch. On October 19, the day of mourning ceremony for the victims of the tragedy, he jumped from the 4th floor. The young man received a serious spinal injury, the doctors performed two operations on him, he does not feel his legs and arms.

Kryminform publication received information from the “Ministry of Education of the Crimea”, that the Kerch Polytechnic College postponed the date for the resumption of classes.

“Psychologists are still working with children, curriculum adjustment is ongoing,” the “department” reported.
 
Previously, classes were expected to resume on October 22.
 
Reportedly, a student at the Kerch Polytechnic College, Vladislav Roslyakov, who shot students and teachers at his school, had saved money for the purchase of weapons for three years, working on holidays.

Roslyakov’s acquaintances said that he was very reserved, communicated with few people, and "showed interest in maniacs." One of Roslyakov’s acquaintances said that he “hated the technical school because of evil teachers, and hinted that he would take revenge on them.”

From Roslyakov’s profile on social networks, one can find out that in 2014 he expressed sympathy for the terrorist group “DPR” and to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On October 19, a mourning ceremony was held in Kerch dedicated to the victims of the explosion and shooting at the Kerch Polytechnic College. Several thousand people came to say goodbye to the dead.

Reference: On October 17, an 18-year-old student at the Kerch Polytechnic College, Vladislav Roslyakov, shot students and teachers at an educational institution and detonated an improvised explosive device. After that, he shot himself from a gun. As a result of the shooting and the explosion in college, 21 people died, including the attacker.
