Ahtem Chiygoz was detained by the occupying law enforcement officials and charged with rioting on February 26, 2014 in Simferopol. According to the lawyer of the Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis, the process of providing evidence by the prosecution is continuing. There are 84 victims in the case, 78 witnesses for the prosecution, of which 6 are secret witnesses and 34 defense witnesses. As of today, 74 victims and about ten prosecution witnesses were interrogated.
