The Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ilmi Umerov was charged with an administrative offense due to his participation in a meeting of the Crimean Tatar Mejlis, according to his Facebook page.

“After compiling an administrative protocol at the Regional Department of Internal Affairs, I was asked to go to Bakhchysarai district court, where a judge Skisov A.E. ruled to find me guilty of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art.10.28 and fine me 750 rubles ... In other words, I am guilty of participation in the meeting of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people,” he wrote.

It was reported earlier that Ilmi Umerov was summoned for questioning at the office of a "police" Major. 

The member of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ali Khamzin was also judged under Part 1 of Art. 20.28 of the RF Administrative Code "Organization of a public or religious association, the activity of which was  suspended under the law." The Kremlin-controlled Crimean Themis fined Khamzin 1 thousand rubles.
