Kremlin-controlled Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea invites Hindus to relax in the annexed Crimea. Officials announced advertising and tourist tour around Crimea for industry representatives and journalists from India, reported the Ministry's press service.

According to the tour plan, over five days tourism and media professionals from Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Uttar Pradesh, Chennai, Varanasi, Lucknow, Bangalore and Goa will visit Koktebel, Sudak, New World, Alushta, Yalta, Sevastopol, Belogorsk and Bakhchisaray districts. In addition, they will participate in the business program arranged by the forum "Open Crimea".

The so-called Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Strelbitsky is sure that guests should be shown the safe and comfortable rest in the temporarily occupied the peninsula. Russian President Vladimir Putin deemed it appropriate to introduce a tourist tax.

During the meeting of the State Council Presidium, Putin asked the opinion of the Governors of the Altai and Krasnodar Territories about the need to introduce such a charge and received a positive response.

Putin stressed that "if they do it, they will do it very carefully, unnoticeably for guests and without lifting up the payments."
