Over the day of October 4, militants in the zone of the Joined Forces Operation, conducted 20 fire attacks on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as a result of which three servicemen were injured, the press center of the JFO reported on Facebook.

“Russian invaders 20 times opened fire on the positions of our troops. The enemy used weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements in five cases. During the fighting, three soldiers of the Joined Forces were wounded,” reads the statement.

Defenders of Krymske, Orikhove, Luhanske, Travneve, Shumy, Pivdenne, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Vodiane and Shyrokine areas were fired from mortars of 120 and 82 millimeters, grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns and small arms.

“The occupiers carried out two fire attacks from mortars of 120-mm caliber on the positions of our troops in the Luhansk region. The enemy opened fire at the defenders of Krymske, Orikhove and Travneve with mortars of 82-mm caliber.”

The headquarters of the Joined Forces Operation further noted that three militants were liquidated in a day, and three more were wounded.

From the beginning of the day, on October 5, the militants carried out 4 fire attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms in the areas of the settlements Krymske, Vilne, Vodiane and Hnutove.

As a result of these attacks, one Ukrainian military was injured.
 
QHA reported that on October 3, Russian-terrorist groups fired at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces 21 times, and used weapons banned by the Minsk agreements in five of the cases. The militants used grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns, mortars, weapons of armoured personnel carriers, and small arms.
