During the day of July 24, militants in the zone of the Joined Forces Operation conducted 33 fire attacks on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU), of which 3 cases involved the use of weapons prohibited by the Minsk accords, the press center of the JFO headquarters reported on Facebook.

“Over the past 24 hours, the situation in the area of the Joined Forces Operation remained controlled. The enemy opened fire on the positions of our troops 33 times, including 3 times from heavy weapons, prohibited by Minsk agreements," reads the report.

The terrorists shelled the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlements of Krymske, Zolote, Luhanske, Pivdenne, Novhorodske, Zalizne, Avdiivka, Mariinka, Opytne, Peski, Novotroitske, Vodyane, Pavlopil, Talakivka, Lebedynske and Shyrokine.

“The invaders near Vodyane used a 120-mm mortar, defenders of Novotroitske were fired from artillery systems of 122-mm caliber, and Lebedynske was fired with 122 mm artillery shells, as well as 120 mm and 82 mm mines.”

JFO headquarters further noted that one militant was injured during the day.

QHA reported that during the day of July 23 the militants conducted 21 fire attacks, as a result of which two Ukrainian soldiers were wounded. Militants opened fire on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Krymske, Mayorsk, Avdiivka, Mariinka, Lebedynske, Hnutove, Talakivka, Pavlopil, Vodyane and Shyrokine.

Previously it was reported that Russians who received awards for the occupation of the Crimea were liquidated in the Donbas.
