Over the day of October 15, militants of terrorist groups in the zone of the Joined Forces Operation conducted 37 fire attacks at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including from the arms banned by the Minsk agreements in 9 of the cases, the JFO press center reported on Facebook.

“During the fighting, one soldier of the Joined Forces died, three were injured,” reads the report.

The terrorists fired at positions of the Ukrainian military in the areas of the settlements of Krymsken, Yekaterynivka, Troitske, Luhanske, Svitlodarsk, Novoluhansk, Pivdenne, Avdiivka, Peski, Nevelske, Marinka, Berezove, Stepne, Starohnativka, Chermalyk, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Talakivka, Vodiane, Lebedymske and Shyrokine.

“Russian occupational troops opened aimed fire from grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms.”

Thus, the militants opened fire with 120 mm mortar shells on defenders of Troitske, Novoluhanske and Talakivka, and defenders of Luhanske, Svitlodarsk and Hnutovo were fired with 82 mm mortars.

In Troitske and Vodiane, illegal armed groups used weapons of armoured personnel carriers, and in Avdiivka a military clash took place.

The headquarters of the Joined Forces Operation further noted that two militants were liquidated in a day, and another six were wounded.
 
QHA reported that on October 11, the militants used weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements in 10 of their attacks. At the same time, the terrorists used weapons of armoured personnel carriers against the defenders of Vodiane.
