Russian invaders in the Donbas prepare the future "cannon fodder" in children's camps in the Luhansk region, coordinator of the group "Information Resistance" Dmitry Tymchuk stated on his Facebook page.
“Russian invaders are preparing the future "cannon fodder" in children's camps in Luhansk region. According to the IR group, the Russian occupation authorities in the occupied territories of the Luhansk region and their Russian curators continue to attract young people to "youth paramilitary formations" to carry out "moral and psychological training" for further participation in the fighting in the ranks of 2 AC LPR,” he wrote.
Reportedly, from June 29 to July 8 the invaders held so-called patriotic field gathering for young people on the basis of the "Dream" health camp in the village of Velykyi Sukhodil. About 700 people took part in the event including cadets of the "military-patriotic association "Pereval", as well as the participants of the "landing-patriotic sports club School of Courage".
The head of the School of Courage, Vyacheslav Domrachev, said that its participants helped the LPR terrorists during the fighting in the summer of 2014.
“The main objective of these gatherings is "patriotic education" and the initial military training of young people. Participants study the rules of using firearms, the fundamentals of hand-to-hand combat, land navigation excersises, etc.”
Tymchuk further noted that the occupation troops are in an increased degree of combat readiness.
“Measures are being taken to increase the secrecy and stability of the control system of the advanced divisions 1 and 2 of the AC, and reinforcements are being made by their armored groups and artillery units.”
Earlier, Information was received that militants are simply "arresting" civilians. The leader of some districts of the Luhansk region (ORLO) Leonid Pasechnik issued a "law", according to which so-called law enforcement bodies can detain innocent people for up to 60 days. He said that allegedly it is necessary to arrest "persons for verification based on the existing grounds to admit their involvement in the commission of crimes that pose a threat to the security of the LPR".
