February 3, the OSCE Mission in the Donbas recorded camouflaged Russian tanks in the contact line.
German journalist Julian Röpcke reported on revealed data on Twitter.
According to him, combat vehicles were recorded by an unmanned aerial vehicle of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission. He noted, that one main gun was pointed at the Ukraine army, and another at civilians in the occupied territory.

Earlier, the OSCE Mission reported that in the evening of February 1 an explosion was recorded in the center of Donetsk.
Observers note that the explosion was occurred on Pokryshev Lane, 1, where the so-called "Ministry of Defense of the Donetsk People's Republic" is located.
Earlier QHA reported that in the period from 22 to 23 January, the staff of the OSCE Mission to the OSCE recorded more than 60 explosions in the Donbas.
