The OSCE Monitoring Mission to the Donbas has recorded 380 explosions in the ATO zone from 19:30 on November 27 to 19:30 on November 28.

Information on the situation was presented in the organization's report of November 29.

“In Donetsk region, the SMM recorded fewer ceasefire violations, including, however, more explosions (about 360), compared with the previous reporting period (about 260 explosions).” the OSCE reported. “In Luhansk region, the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including 20 explosions, compared with the previous reporting period (no explosions),” observers spesified.

Earlier, the OSCE stated that the Mission contributed to the state of ceasefire in the ORLO for the transfer of the dead soldiers of the Armed Forces.

QHA reported that the sides of the conflict in the Donbas agreed on talks in Minsk on the format of the exchange of prisoners.
