The OSCE mission conducting monitoring in the territories controlled by the "LPR", informed about the recorded violations related to the withdrawal of weapons.
In particular, the deployment of Grad rocket launcher systems was recorded near the village of Khrustalnyi - on the territory controlled by the separatists, according the report of the Special Monitoring Mission.
“In violation of the respective withdrawal lines on 19 November, in a non-government-controlled area, the SMM saw ten multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) (BM-21 Grad, 122mm) near “LPR”-controlled Khrustalnyi (formerly Krasnyi Luch, 56km south-west of Luhansk),” the report says.
The mission also reports that it continues monitoring the process of withdrawal of weapons and storing them in specially designated locations.
Just three days ago, the OSCE SMM demonstrated a video of the night battle, which was recorded by the thermal imaging camera of the mission in the area of the Donetsk filtering station last week.
Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug presented evidence of violations of the ceasefire, which were recorded on the night of 9 to 10 November.
Earlier, the Ukrainian side of the JCCC reported that on November 3, as a result of shelling by militants, the reserve chlorine pipeline was damaged on the DFS. Leakage of chlorine was eliminated, and the chlorine pipeline was repaired.
