Russia continues to militarize occupied Crimea by expanding there its military positions. This was reported on the Facebook page of the Ministry for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons.

Thus, in late September, the Russian Federation deployed anti-aircraft weapon systems S-400 "Triumph" on the peninsula near Sevastopol, Feodosia and Yevpatoriya.

“Anti-aircraft weapon systems S-400 "Triumph" are equipped with missiles of various types, in particular, 48N6 and 40N6 with a range of destruction up to 250 and 400 kilometers. They can hit objects at an altitude up to 60 km," reported in message.

The Ministry noted that in the radius of the S-400 defeat there are aircraft over the Black and Azov Sea waters, as well as over the territories of the countries of the Black Sea region: Romania, Moldova and Turkey.

Earlier, on September 21, the third division of anti-aircraft systems S-400 “Triumph” were deployed in Yevpatoriya. Anti-aircraft weapon systems started to track and trace targets.

Note, that the S-400 is designed to engage strategic and tactical aircrafts, ballistic missiles, hypersonic targets and other means of air attack in conditions of radioelectronic and other types of counteraction.
