Pro-Russian militants in the ORDO occupy the apartments which were previously abandoned by local residents of Novoazovsk and Sedovo, the coordinator of the group "Information Resistance" Dmitry Tymchuk reported.
According to him, residents of settlements are not delighted with this neighborhood:
“After the redeployment of the command structures of the DPR 1st AK 9th Separate Motorized Infantry Regiment of the Marine Corps from Bezimenne village to Sjedove and Novoazovsk settlements, numerous cases observed of militants arbitrarily occupying houses, whose owners have been staying in unoccupied territory since the outbreak of hostilities. This situation causes discontent among the local residents and the "leadership" of the Novoazovsky District."
Information Resistance further reported about recruiting workers of the coal company DTEK Sverdlovanthracit into the so-called “People's Militia of the Donetsk People's Republic”:
“The enterprises management obliges male employees to attend "military commissariats" for further field training and selection of "candidates" (with wages payment of 1 thousand rubles per day) and enlistment to the units of Russian-terrorist forces.”
Earlier, QHA reported that miners as well as workers of Yenakiyevo Metallurgical Plant in the occupied Donetsk are not paid salary and severance pay, which provokes a protest mood and discontent with the criminal "power" of the region.
