According to Oleksandr Turchynov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, the murder of Amina Okuyeva, Ukrainian volunteer, was an assassination, executed by the killer from Russia.
“It is clear that these are killers who worked on made-to-order basis. This order was clearly fixed when the first attempt to kill this family failed. There was a second attempt, and as for the details, I think investigators can tell more, but it was clearly defined where the killer came from. The killer is a system of terror that Russia tries to spread inside the country,” Turchynov stated.
Earlier, Anton Herashchenko, a member of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed about the detection of the machine gun with traces of human DNA by the investigators. From that machine gun a car of Amina Okuyeva and Adam Osmayev was shot.
Russian-made ammunition was found at the crime scene eight days following the murder of Amina Okuyeva.
Reference: October 30, Amina Okuyeva was killed as a result of the shelling of a car near the Glevakha village of the Kyiv region. Two killers did it according to preliminary data. November 1, Okuyeva was buried in Dnipro city.
