The authorities of Ukraine will provide a corridor for the withdrawal of Russian troops from Transnistria, the special representative for the Transdniestrian settlement Viktor Kryzhanovskiy stated.

According to him, Kyiv is ready to provide an unhindered and safe withdrawal of Russian troops and ammunition as soon as the Kremlin makes a relevant decision.

However, Kryzhanovsky himself does not believe in this, because Russia, as he said, "will cling to everything and look for new reasons."

“Literally yesterday, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Rogozin wrote that they will not do this, as this could destabilize the situation. In the State Duma, politicians say that the situation in Ukraine is unstable and: "How can ammunition be exported through Ukrainian territory?" These are all tales for the nervous," he said.

Earlier QHA wrote that the Prime Minister of Moldova Pavel Filip said that the Moldovan authorities are ready to make an agreement with Ukraine on the withdrawal of Russian troops from Transnistria through the Ukrainian corridor.

According to him, Moldova demands to withdraw Russian troops from the unrecognized "Republic of Transnistria", since an illegal military presence does not lead to a resolution of the conflict, but only freezes the situation.
